Concept & File Setup
You share a sample, sketch, or idea. We convert it into a clean, CNC-ready design file, adjusting sizes and details exactly to your needs.
Material & Planning
Based on your design, we select the right material — MDF, plywood, hardwood, or acrylic — and plan the cut for best results with minimal waste.
CNC Cutting
The file goes to our CNC router. Every curve, edge, and cut is made with precision, whether it’s a flat pattern, carving, or detailed engraving
Finishing & Delivery
After cutting, we smooth the surface, finish the edges, and apply paint or polish if required. Then it’s checked, packed, and delivered — ready to use.
